According to Sacnilk, Sikandar earned Rs 19.5 crore on Day 3 (1st April), which is about a 32% drop from its previous day¡¯s collection - Rs 29 crore. This takes the film¡¯s domestic net to Rs 74.5 crore, India gross to Rs 88.75 crore, and with an overseas net of Rs 35 crore, Sikandar¡¯s worldwide total currently stands at Rs 123.75 crore. The numbers are expected to increase since there¡¯s no competition arriving anytime soon.

Sikandar¡¯s review

The Times of India rated the movie 2 out of 5, and a part of their review read, ¡°This actioner suffers from an underwhelming plot and clich¨¦d narrative. The story and the narrative are the biggest letdown of this larger-than-life movie; even if they are trying to draw in die-hard Salman Khan fans, we wish they had taken the action notches higher. A few standout punches and stunts here and there could have probably salvaged this one.¡±

Sikandar¡¯s plot overview

Sanjay Rajkot (Salman Khan), the kind-hearted king of Rajkot, loses his wife, Saisri (Rashmika Mandanna), after a clash with a powerful minister (Sathyaraj). Before her death, she donated her organs to three people in Mumbai. The minister, seeking to erase her memory, targets these organ recipients¡ª a young boy in Dharavi, a CA student, and a heartbroken college girl.

Sanjay vows to protect them, helping improve their lives while battling the minister's attempts to harm them. He helps save thousands in Dharavi, empowers a homemaker (Kajal Agarwal), and aids the college girl in moving on from her pain, all while fighting the minister's henchmen. The story is about love, sacrifice, and Sanjay¡¯s fight to preserve his wife¡¯s legacy.
