Vidaamuyarchi box office prediction day 1: Vidaamuyarchi, starring Ajith Kumar and Trisha, is set to hit the screens today (February 6). The action thriller has created a great deal of buzz among fans as it is the mass hero's first release after Thunivu (2023). Its intense trailer has further added to the curiosity surrounding it. These factors are expected to help it open to a terrific response at the Tamil Nadu box office.

Vidaaamuyarchi to open big

Ajith Kumar is in the limelight because of his latest film Vidaamuyarchi. The film, which was originally slated to release in theatres during Pongal, is finally set to hit the screens today. According to Manobala Vijayabalan, a trade analyst, the biggie might collect over Rs 35 crore on the first day if the word-of-mouth is positive.

¡°The movie is expected to gross above ?30 cr in Tamil Nadu. If the movie gets a positive response even ?35 cr+ is a possibility in the state. Ajith Kumar is coming to big screens after a long gap, hence fans are booking their tickets to watch their fav star. Already the movie is having good advance booking for the opening day,¡± he told Indiatimes.

The film faces no competition at the box office as the Pongal releases have run their course. The film is expected to enjoy a free run till Dhanush's Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam opens in theaters on February 21. This should work in its favour.
