This Guy Ate An Entire Dominos Pizza Everyday For A Whole Year And Still Managed To Lose Weight!
Brian Northup is proof that a rigorous exercise routine can counterbalance a ¡®poor diet¡¯
Eating junk food and hoping to lose weight is thought that is as ludicrous as expecting to get into shape by staying bound to your couch/office chair without working for it. Brian Northup, set out on a mission to prove, however that going against the grain sometimes can reveal facts that cannot and need not be seconded by science.

He¡¯s living proof that a dedicated rigorous exercise routine can counterbalance the negative implications of a supposedly ¡®poor diet¡¯!
"Too often have I heard trainers, fitness 'gurus' and even doctors tell people: "You can't outwork a bad diet." I believe all of those people vastly underestimate what is possible through hard work," he tells LadBible.
"Just look at Michael Phelps; the man became arguably the greatest athlete in the world on a diet he claimed consisted of pizza, as well as a lot of other 'bad' foods, on a daily basis.¡±
¡°I think a good diet is highly dependent on the individual and it is more important to focus on making sure your diet includes everything you need, than what you need to cut out."
Brian diligently documented his ¡®Pizzapocalypse¡¯ journey on his Instagram handle, which ended on the 30th of July and has been the reason for his appearance on television in the recent past.
¡°I actually frame the relationship between my exercise and nutrition in a fundamentally different way than the conventional thought process. This was actually a major reason why I embarked on PIZZAPOCALYPSE in the first place,¡± he tells Unilad.
¡°Burning off calories is not my reason for working out, to me that¡¯s putting the cart before the horse. Basically, I eat more in order to work out more¡ªas opposed to working out more so that I can eat more.¡±
The secret is the number of calories he burned through exercise every day, which was also a significant reason for having a positive impact on his vital stats through his journey.
Northup¡¯s exercise routine included 30-40 minutes of weight training 3-4 days a week and some insane levels of cardio. He spent somewhere along the lines of 2-3 hours on cardio exercises every day, which amounts to 20-30 miles of work, according to LadBible.
"I did go see a doctor and had my blood tested for all the routine health markers such as both 'good and bad' cholesterol, fasted blood sugar levels, etc. and those tests came out showing healthy levels,¡± he told Foodbeast. ¡°Also obviously had my blood pressure checked, and that was well within the range of what is considered to be healthy.¡±
¡°I LOST 5.9 pounds eating an entire pizza every day for a year!¡±
Not only did Northup end up losing weight from his experiment he also managed to maintain an impressive physique through his journey.
¡°In addition, I've increased my strength, speed, AND (most important to me) my cardiovascular endurance over the course of this endeavour. Also, I haven't been sick for a single day of this experience, nor have I injured myself a single time,¡± he states in one of his Instagram posts!
Now, we wouldn't recommend that you go crazy indulging in pizza if you love them, but take heed from the fact that Northup did work his ass off while using pizza to fuel his workouts. So, if you do plan to indulge in some junk on a regular basis, just make sure you¡¯re prepared to sweat out all that junk out of your trunk!
