The study states that there is a positive correlation between the regularity of attending gigs and your well-being. ¡°Those who attend live concerts once a fortnight and more were the most likely to score their happiness, contentment, productivity and self-esteem at the highest level (10/10), suggesting that regularly experiencing live music is the key to building a long-standing improvement to wellbeing.¡±
The study also states that experiencing a gig for just 20 minutes can result in a 21 percent increase in your feelings of well-being.

The study commissioned by O2 and Goldsmith¡¯s University associate lecturer Patrick Fagan, measured the ¡®feeling of wellbeing¡¯ through some key happiness markers. Here¡¯s what else they found: Here¡¯s what else they found:
-The ¡®feeling of wellbeing¡¯ is double the effect of doing yoga (a modest 10 percent increase) and three times as much as walking a dog (a seven percent increase)!
-The feeling of self-worth increased by 25 percent, while closeness to other shot up by 25 percent. Attending shows also seemed to boost mental stimulation up to 75 percent.
-The study revealed the power music has on the mind and the body.
