For Jaime Allison, 40, and her daughter Calista Jean Hones 18, their favourite new workout, Jazzercise, is what they credit for losing a combined total weight of 184 pounds!
They started their journey in 2016, when they entered their first Jazzercise class in Trussville, Alabama and haven¡¯t looked past since.

Jazzercise focuses on not just aerobics as well as strength training. Not only will you move around via your dance moves you will work on your entire body by even getting into strength training movements such as push-ups, bicep curl, crunches and so on, which help boost metabolism and accelerate weight loss.
Allison attends Jazzercise classes three to four times a week and is on the Weight Watchers program.
She often posts transformation selfies of herself, her meals and more importantly of herself and her daughter.
