¡°When I was diagnosed with PCOD/PCOS, I knew I had to lose weight. The situation I was in (PCOD/PCOS) was the reason I couldn¡¯t afford to lose focus.¡± She didn¡¯t and ended up losing 32.5 kilos in 9 months.
