If you are intimidated, there's absolutely no need to be! While bubble braids may look complicated, they are surprisingly easy to create and require almost no maintenance or touch-ups throughout the day.

Step 1: Prep your hair

Bubble braids are fashioned to be sleek in nature, so it is important to prepare your hair to avoid frizz or fly-aways later on. Use a hair gel or styling cream to smooth everything together and avoid a messy look.

Step 2: Style a high-ponytail

Depending upon the number of braids you want, section off your hair accordingly. If this is the first time you are trying this hairstyle, try to keep it minimum of one or two braids.
