Samantha's 'a day in life' post is all about relaxing self-care rituals
As per her latest post, her day kicks off at 6:30 a.m. with some natural sunlight for a dose of Vitamin D, followed by a practice called oil pulling. Oil pulling involves swishing oil in your mouth to help improve oral health and detoxify the body.
Next, Samantha incorporates Gua Sha into her routine, a technique that helps stimulate circulation and promote healthy hair growth. By 7 a.m., she's hitting the gym for her workout, which includes pushups and bench presses. After exercising, she takes a moment for gratitude and prayer, setting a positive tone for her day.

As she heads to work, Samantha uses an LED mask for eye care, preparing for her 9 a.m. film set arrival.
