Valuable lessons shared by PM Modi in Pariksha Pe Charcha 2024
Here are some valuable lessons shared by PM Modi for students to achieve exam success and remain stress-free:
The art of handling pressure during exams must be adapted gradually
Prime Minister Modi, responding to a query on how to handle stress during exams, said that students must adapt to handle various types of pressure, as it forms the foundation of any success story.
He said, "With willpower, we can achieve success despite the pressure. The art of handling pressure must be adapted gradually and not hurriedly."
The PM also underscored the role of parents and teachers in helping students handle stress.
Practise writing to manage time better
PM Modi said that students often lag behind in writing.
"With the rise in technological tools, writing on a piece of paper has seen a declining trend which has adverse effect during exams thereby affecting the time management skills."
He thus encourages students to make it a habit to write regularly in their notebooks which will help them identify mistakes, rectify them and eventually their writing speed will also increase.
Recharge your body too, not just phones
It is as important, or perhaps even more important, to recharge your body and not just our mobile phones.
PM Modi said that it is extremely necessary to remain active during preparations.
"Sunlight is a great source of getting recharged. It is effortless as all you need to do is simply have a good reading time in an area where there is sufficient sunlight. Also, a good sleep regime is equally very important as it keeps tiredness at bay," said PM Modi.
A balanced meal, exercise and meditation are also equally necessary for continued success.
Self-confidence is a must in the face of success and failure
The Prime Minister emphasised the importance of self-confidence among all students, urging them to ensure the completion of assigned tasks.
He advised against being overwhelmed by thoughts of success or failure, emphasising that the outcome lies in the future. Instead, he encouraged students to diligently strive for success with confidence, make decisions in life with courage, and emphasised that such confidence is cultivated through habitual practice.
Leverage the positive aspects of Internet
While acknowledging the significance of using mobile phones and gadgets, Prime Minister Modi highlighted the importance of considering the consequences of their undue usage.
Urging individuals to understand how to harness the positive benefits of the internet, Modi underscored that it is necessary to differentiate between the positive and negative effects of internet usage.
