Viral At Any Cost? Agra Man Drives SUV On Railway Platform For Social Media Video, Booked
Sunil Kumar a resident of Jagdishpura area of Agra was booked by the police. Kumar can be seen driving an MG Hector on the railway station's platform.
A few likes on social media can make people do silly, illegal, and at times dangerous stuff.
But this can land the so-called influencers in trouble, which one man from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, learned the hard way.
Man drove SUV on railway platform
On Tuesday, the authorities booked Sunil Kumar, a resident of the Jagdishpura area of Agra, after he drove an SUV on the railway platform.

According to the authorities, the incident happened on the Agra Cantt railway station platform on March 8, and action was taken after the video surfaced on social media.
In the video, Kumar can be seen driving an MG Hector on the railway station's platform at night while perplexed railway passengers watch on.
It is still unclear how Kumar managed to get an SUV into a railway station platform without being intercepted by security.
Kumar reportedly did this to make reels for Instagram.
The video was later posted on social media with a Hindi song and background and edited with visual effects.
RPF books man, assures of action for security lapse
After the video went viral, the RPF filed a case against Kumar, who has been booked under Railway Act 159 and 147.
"A person named Sunil Kumar has been identified in the case. An FIR has been registered against them under sections 159 and 147 of the Railway Act," Prashasti Srivastava, Divisional Commercial Manager, Agra Division, said.
She also said that the incident occurred due to a lapse in security and added that strict actions will be taken.
"Action is being taken against the employees who are involved," she said.

YouTuber arrested for recreating 'Farzi' scene
Recently there was a similar incident in Gurugram, where a YouTuber posted a video on social media showing him throwing currency notes on the road.
According to the police, the YouTuber Joravar Singh Kalsi and his friend Lucky Kamboj were trying to recreate a scene from the web series 'Farzi'.
In the video, Lucky Kamboj can be seen throwing cash from a white Baleno's trunk while wearing a mask while Joravar Singh Kalsi drives the car on the underpass of Gurugram's DLF Golf Course Road.
After the video went viral, the duo was arrested by the police in Gurugram.
"Police came to know about an incident through a video on social media where two men tried to re-create a scene from a movie by throwing currency notes from a car on Golf course road. Police filed a case under various sections of IPC," Vikas Kaushik, Additional Commissioner of Police, DLF Gurugram, said.
