Air India Does It Again! Serves Food With Cockroach At Delhi Airport's VIP Lounge

Air India, it seems can't get its name off the news for all the wrong reasons. This time the national carrier is accused of serving food with cockroach to a first class passenger in the VIP lounge at Delhi's Indira Gandhi Airport.

Following the complaint, Air India replied to the user and apologised for the incident.
Ma'am we have alerted the agency managing lounge at T3. Necessary corrective measures are being taken immediately. We deeply apologise for this incident.

Later, Air India Spokesperson GP Rao said the caterer has been informed to take necessary steps so the same is not repeated.
An airline source said that Air India subsidiary Hotel Corporation of India, which manages Centaur group of hotels, provides catering services at its lounge.
