Blind Mystic Baba Vanga's 2022 Prophecies Include More Natural Disasters, Locust Attack In India

It is that time of the year when people look forward to a great start in the new year, in the hope that the days ahead will be better and brighter than those are behind.

If the past two years are anything to go by, the world definitely needs a fresh start and a good year in 2022.

This is also the time when the so-called predictions of well-known prophetic figures from the past start making rounds.

And if what some claims on the internet are true, 2022 is not the year that the world was hoping for.

Vangeliya Pandeva Gushterova aka Baba Vanga is one of the most famous such mystics, who is said to have predicted a lot of recent incidents correctly.

The Bulgarian mystic who was blind from her childhood is said to have made the predictions from her internal vision and many have come true.

According to Astrofame, Vanga had made several predictions for 2022.

These include:

Increase in earthquakes and tsunamis

The famous psychic predicted the 2004 tsunami and revealed that a huge wave would cover the coast and people would perish. The Bulgarian predicted that in 2022, several Asian countries, along with Australia, will be struck by intense bouts of floods.

The discovery of a lethal virus in Siberia

A team of researchers will discover a lethal virus in Siberia that was, up until now, frozen. Due to the catastrophic effects of global warming, said virus will be released and could quickly spin out of control¡­

A lack of drinking water

Many cities can expect to be hit by a shortage of drinking water this year. Population increases and the pollution of rivers will see many of us struggle to hydrate ourselves. In fact, many states will be forced to find other solutions to find new sources.

An alien ship will attack Earth

An asteroid known as ¡®Oumuamua¡¯ will be sent by aliens to seek out life on Earth, and the unearthly beings could even take prisoners when they touch down!

Attack of the locusts in India

Baba Vanga predicts apocalyptic scenes in India and pointed out that the temperatures there will reach a whopping 50¡ã Celsius. Locusts will then attack crops and agricultural plots, causing an immense famine.

Virtual reality will take over

The clairvoyant revealed that this year will see people spend more time than ever in front of screens. Due to our ever-increasing addictions to technology, many people will embark on a downwards spiral and will dangerously confuse fantasy with reality...

As scary as it might sound, there is no way to ascertain if the mystic who died in 1996 had actually made the above predictions as none of her prophecies were written down. There are also several predictions that she got wrong.

But if one looks at Vanga's predictions for 2022, many of them appear realistic.

Over the years, the number of earthquakes and tsunamis have increased, and it is unlikely to be different in 2022.

A few years ago, Scientists have revived a giant virus after it laid dormant in the Siberian permafrost for over 30,000 years. And the ice there continues to melt, only time will tell how many more unknown viruses are lurking there.

The drinking water crisis the world is facing right now is well documented and it doesn't require an expert to say that this prediction is likely to come true.
