The United Arab Emirates is leaving no opportunity to cement its bilateral relations with India. Since PM Narendra Modi has taken the office he has visited the Gulf state twice, which is indeed a good sign. Now as a mark of respect for the friendship and welcome PM Modi Dubai's iconic buildings were lit up in colours of the Indian flag on Friday night ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit.
The world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa, the headquarters of state-owned oil company Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and the building hailed as the world's largest picture frame, Dubai Frame, were seen glittering in the colours of the Indian flag, a day before the Prime Minister's scheduled arrival in the country.
PM Modi will reach Abu Dhabi on Saturday evening and where he will be given a ceremonial reception before meeting the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan at the Presidential palace.
He is likely to have bilateral talks with Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on Saturday evening, followed by a signing ceremony of agreements and Memorandum of understandings (MoUs) and a banquet hosted by Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed.
Prime Minister Modi's high-level engagements also include bilateral meetings with top UAE leaders and a keynote address at the World Government Summit in Dubai on Sunday, in which India is the guest country.

On Sunday, the Prime Minister is also expected to meet Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE in Dubai.
