Police said the drugs came from Andhra Pradesh. It was hidden in perishable products.
Acting on a tip, the Prohibition and Enforcement Wing officials increased the security at the check posts. They stopped a truck and discovered the drugs, said a TOI report.
"We found four people in the truck and they gave contradictory when questioned. This raised suspicion. We detained the vehicle and our men started to search the truck. The ganja was hidden inside the consignment of dried fish," said a police officer as per the report.
The accused are now in custody.
