Delhi Lockdown 4.0 - Metro Services Remain Shut, Weddings Permitted With Maximum 50 Guests
The nationwide lockdown due to coronavirus which began on March 25, has now been extended to May 31. As for the nations capital, well the lockdown of course is still in effect though some restrictions have been eased.
The nationwide lockdown due to coronavirus which began on March 25, has now been extended to May 31. As for the nations capital, well the lockdown of course is still in effect though some restrictions have been eased.
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal addressed the media regarding the guidelines to be followed during Lockdown 4.0 as it is being called.
He was happy with the way they have responded to COVID-19.
"We used lockdown period to make arrangements to deal with Covid-19," he said.
¡°When corona came in India, we did not have anything ¨C testing kits, quarantine centres. But we now have all required things,¡± he added.
So here are the things which are not allowed:
1. Metro services
2. School/college/coaching/shopping mall/entertainment park/bar/assembly halls
3. Religious gathering
4. Barber/spa/saloon
5. Sports complex/ without spectators
6. Car pooling not allowed
This is what is permitted:
1. Taxi and cabs with two passengers
2. Gramin Sewa/phat phat sewa
3. RTV with 11 passengers
4. Buses will bellowed but with not more than 20 passengers
5. All private and government offices will be opened with all their staff
6. Stand-alone shops in markets and residential complex will be opened
7. All industries will be allowed
8. All construction services will be allowed ¨C with workers
9. Marriage is allowed with not more than 50 guests
