Nothing wrong in leaving office on time
The post has since gone viral, with many criticizing him for measuring employee productivity by the hours they spent in the office. Some also pointed out that there is nothing shameful about leaving the office on time and said that it is important to have a life outside work.

Lele responds to criticism
After a barrage of criticism on his post, Lele clarified in a thread that he "emphasizes time and productivity because if one needs to be the best, chances of success are higher by leveraging both."
He also added that while "you can do stuff in half the time, you can also use the rest of the time to do more stuff. Increase your chances of making it."
According to Lele, he used 'Shame' in his original post as a shorter version of 'it's a shame,' which, like 'it's a pity,' is used as an alternative to it being 'unfortunate' and not as a 'disgrace' like the words 'shameful' or 'to be ashamed' mean.
6. 'Shame.' is used by me as a shorter version of 'it's a shame', which like 'it's a pity' is used as an alternative to it being 'unfortunate' and not as a 'disgrace' like the words 'shameful' or 'to be ashamed' mean. So chill lol

To everyone who asked him to get a life outside work, Lele said he had "a life outside work" and added that he sips cocktails at crowded bars.
