Parents nowadays are opting for unconventional names for their babies, ranging from X ? A-12 for Elon Musk's offspring to North for Kim Kardashian's little one.
Indian celebrities are equally partaking in this trend, selecting distinctive names like Raha (Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's daughter) and Devi (Bipasha and Karan Singh Grover's daughter.)
So, when an Instagram user shared videos featuring baby names, the intention was for them to go viral. There's a catch, though¡ªthese names would be considered cool if not for their meanings!
Baby names to choose from
The video kicks off with Instagram user Samadnya asserting that some baby names would make perfect sense if they weren't burdened with meanings.
She proceeds to outline the names and the assumed personalities associated with these names, providing hints about the potential traits these babies might develop.
First on the list is 'Nahaana,' a name that, according to Samadnya, exudes a distinct Gen-Z vibe.
The second name, humorously, is 'Kalesh.' She paints a picture of Kalesh as a well-organised teen who actively aids family members, engages in business, boasts numerous friends, and maintains a stable relationship.
The third name is the very chic 'Zeher.' Samadnya describes Zeher as the popular girl who captivates the attention of all the guys and is always impeccably dressed.
Following this is 'Dhumrapaan,' which literally translates to smoking. Despite the unconventional choice, she attributes an air of a 'khandaani, ameer' vibe to the name.
Then there's 'Pyaaz,' a name associated with someone hard-to-get, artistic, likely strumming a guitar, impressing everyone around.

Another contributor quirkily remarked about Dhumrapaan, stating, "Dhumrapaan doesn't smoke cigarettes, he smokes ? Cigar."
