Canada has accused the involvement of Indian government agents in the killing of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, an Indian-born Khalistani separatist who held Canadian citizenship, who was shot dead in June 2023.
India and Canada have expelled six diplomats of the other from their respective countries amid the latest flare-up in tensions between the two sides, which has been on the rise for over a year. Canada has accused the involvement of Indian government agents in the killing of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, an Indian-born Khalistani separatist who held Canadian citizenship.
