As the agitation against farm bills entered day five, thousands of farmers from Punjab today observed the 551st birth anniversary of Guru Nanak and distributed ¡®prasad¡¯ among the security personnel.
Sikh farmers at Delhi-Haryana's Tikri border, were seen preparing food and prasad on Guru Nanak Jayanti, which they distributed among themselves and the security personnel guarding the border.
In the morning, farmers offered prayers as they camp on the roads.
The farmers have threatened to gherao Delhi from five entry points after a proposal to talk was declined by them.

The protesting farmers have rejected Centre's proposal to hold talks once they move to Burari grounds. However, the farmers said they will not accept any conditional dialogue and will continue the protest from border points.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah had appealed to the farmers to shift to the Burari ground and had said the Centre was ready to hold discussions with them as soon as they move to the designated place.
