Weird twist on traditional sweet
Is it a dahi vada? Is it a gulab jamun? Nope, it's a strange mix of both!
In a video posted on X (formerly Twitter), a unique dish called gulab jamun chaat was made.
This unusual combination included the traditional Dahi Vada toppings, but with a twist¡ªthe soft Vadas were replaced with Gulab Jamuns.
Four gulab jamuns were placed on a plate, then topped with yogurt, tamarind chutney, and green chutney. And of course, some papdi was added on top.
The video was cleverly named "Moye Moye Gulab jamun."
It's quite a sight - a ¡®wonderfully¡¯ strange twist on a favorite sweet treat.

Gulab jamun pizza
Gulab jamun appears to be the latest sensation on the internet in terms of food discoveries¡ªit was even recently incorporated into a pizza recipe!
In a video posted on Instagram, the pizza-making process begins conventionally by rolling out the dough. However, instead of the usual pizza sauce, a layer of sugar syrup is spread on top.
Following that, pieces of Gulab Jamun are placed on the dough, and then covered with cheese.
The pizza is then baked in the oven, and upon its removal, more whole Gulab Jamuns are added on top to finish off the creation.
