Harteerath Singh Ahluwalia, the director of NGO Hemkunt Foundation took to Twitter on Sunday to share a heartwarming post about a man and his invaluable contribution towards Assam flood relief.
He shared how a staff member at the Delhi airport took out all the money he had in his pocket to donate for relief work of those hit during the 2022 Assam floods.

Flood situation in Assam
Assam is witnessing the worst floods in recent times that have so far affected around 55 lakh people across 32 districts of the northeastern state.
121 people have died in the disastrous floods till June 25, such is the impact of the calamity in Assam. While the water level is gradually going down in several parts of the state, Silchar city in Cachar district remained submerged even on Monday.
