Sharad is the first person from Bihar to be listed in the prestigious Forbes 30 under 30 list, along with the likes of Mark Zuckerberg and Malala Yousafzai. He¡¯s now invited by Barack Obama to the White House to attend a special gathering of world leaders for a White House Festival ¡°Art and Action¡±.
Usually, 16-year-olds read comic books and munch on snacks. But when Sharad was 16, he founded Dexterity Global¡ªan institute that impacts over 1.2 million children annually in India and other parts of South Asia through its ecosystem of educational platforms.

The founder and CEO of Dexterity Global is one of the very few global leaders from around the world who have been invited to this event. The event titled ¡°South by South Lawn: A White House Festival of Ideas will be held at the White House on October 3, 2016.

Sagar is the only Indian to have received this award and invitation from the White House among several hundreds of global leaders. The event is scheduled around bringing together creators, innovators, and organisers who work hard to improve the lives of people around the world.
Sharad also owns the highest rank on the list of the World¡¯s Most Powerful Young Entrepreneurs, and a name in the ¡°100 Next Century Innovators¡± by the Rockefeller Foundation in 2013.
