In this Mumbai-Pune Expressway, there are two elevated corridor projects with these major sections:
- Chirle end of MTHL to Gavan Phata: A six-lane elevated corridor over the JNPT¨CPanvel National Highway (NH-348).
- Palaspe Phata to Mumbai-Pune Expressway: Another six-lane elevated corridor along NH-48 in Raigad district.
Also, NH-48 will be widened to six lanes to further improve traffic flow.
