Recently, a video of a 2BHK flat within a tiny 323 sq ft area, sparked disbelief across the internet. The feat of fitting two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen into a space scarcely larger than a single-car garage left many questioning the ingenuity and efficiency of urban living in the city.

Priced at a whopping Rs. 75 lakhs and situated in a towering 23-storey building in Kandivali East, this particular flat defied expectations, eliciting a mixture of awe and amusement from internet users.

The woman in the video led the virtual audience on a home tour, showcasing how the tiny space was ingeniously transformed into a functional flat. While the compact kitchen and living area were deemed acceptable, the discovery of a missing double bed in the master bedroom and the complete absence of one in another sparked uproarious laughter among netizens. And for those expecting a typical bathroom setup, the unconventional washrooms provided an additional element of amusement.

One user on ¡®X¡¯ summed it up with, ¡°2BHK flat in a 323 sq ft area. 323 sq ft is less than even one-half of a badminton court. This is for 75 lakh. Don¡¯t miss the washrooms and try to find the bathing space in them.¡± Another user humourously added, ¡°Bathroom toh shuru hote hi khatam ho gaya,¡± while a third confessed, ¡°I had to replay the washroom part to understand where exactly do I take a bath.¡±

Many other poked fun, with one stating, ¡°Their definition of a master bedroom is slightly (very) different¡­. ~300sqft is usually the actual size of a ¡®master bedroom¡¯ in reality. Mumbai RE is a joke.¡± Another asked, ¡°Ye Bedroom me Bed lagane ka jagah kidhar h?¡±
