Guinness world record for tallest rhododendron
An Instagram page called 'Explore Nagaland' posted a picture of a rhododendron tree from the state.
While the tree looks stunning with hints of beautiful red flowers peeking through, it's the information alongside that leaves us amazed.

The post reads, "Standing 109 ft high at Mt.Japfu peak near Kohima, capital of Nagaland this is the tallest rhododendron tree in the world and holds the #Guinness record for being the tallest rhododendron."
Even the 69-year-old tycoon, chairman of Mahindra Group, was awestruck.
He wrote on X, "Incredible beauty. Just waiting for us to discover it.. What is the flowering season of this tree? It's worth a visit to view just this tree¡"
To this, the page responded that March-April is the perfect time to visit Nagaland.
