The idea behind setting up this library is to make children happy while they are undergoing cancer treatment.

The initiative was taken a few months ago in collaboration with Hasbro India and Nargis Dutt Foundation. ¡°The motive of setting up this library is ¨C children admitted in the ward get depressed or bored or they think about their medical condition," Dr Faisal Guru, Paediatric Oncologist told ANI.
He added that it is traumatic for parents too.
"So we decided to come up with an idea where they will get a feeling that they are free from this malignant condition. So we want to give them a good environment and feeling to create positivity," he said.
