Ten bots are reportedly being tested for appointment across the airport, working in check-ins and helping scan baggages and boarding passes.
Aldebaran's NAO 10,000 strong robots, designed to recognise voices, speech, and faces, work across education, entertainment, hospitality, travel and sports.

The NAO bot currently works the airport information counter and security at Tokyo¡¯s Haneda Airport, appointed by Japan Airlines. Airport staff use smart watches for assistance with passenger service announcements, and the robot is set to provide language translation, with service announcements in Japanese, English and Chinese. Haneda Airport is currently also trialling robots for luggage transportation and cleaning.
