Two Brave Sisters Took 37 Seconds To Fight Six Armed Robbers & Save Their Jeweller-Father's Life
Some fathers may not see their daughters as equal to their sons, but one father sure is proud of his daughters when they saved him from armed robbers in Bengaluru.
Two sisters, in their late 30s, didn't fear for their lives when they saved their jeweller-father CV Raghu, the owner of Sri Chamundeshwari Jewellers on Ashoka Pillar Road in Jayanagar, Bengaluru.

On May 21, Raghu and his elder daughter Vaishnavi were in the shop when around 8.16pm, a man entered the shop without leaving his shoes outside or removing his helmet. When Raghu asked the stranger to leave his shoes outside, the man stepped out for a minute but only to return with five other men at 8.18pm. All the men who entered wore helmets and hand gloves. The police said it seemed to be a well-planned robbery bid.
The robbers immediately took out knives in what seemed like to attack Raghu. Sensing danger, Vaishnavi came to her father¡¯s rescue. As the father-daughter duo tried to fight off the robbers, the jeweller¡¯s second daughter Vaibhavi came down and joined them.
During the scuffle, Raghu injured his fingers while trying to ward off the attacks but in the end, the trio succeeded in pushing all the men out of their shop, who then ran away on three bikes.

Raghu immediately informed Siddapura police about the incident. A case has been registered based on Raghu¡¯s complaint and a special team has been informed to catch the gang. Police also added that the CCTV footage showed the dacoits being pushed out in mere 37 seconds.
Raghu said Lord Venkateswara and his daughters saved him from the men. He declined to give further details about the incident, citing police instructions. ¡°We didn¡¯t lose anything by the grace of God,¡± he added.
