Delhi boy 'builds' a Tesla
Ashneer Grover posted on X (formerly known as Twitter) about the "World¡¯s first ¡®cross - breed¡¯ Tesla" which he spotted in the lanes of Karol Bagh in New Delhi.
The 'Delhi boy' had managed to get an electric car from Chinese manufacturer BYD Auto designed in such a way as to make it look like a Tesla car.

Tesla Motors was founded as an electric carmaker by engineers Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning in 2003. It is one of the few successful independent automakers and a pioneer in the electric car market.
No dearth of creativity in India
Users of X were amused, to say the least.
One wrote, "Karol Bagh has the answer to everything, Nirvana stays here."
Another simple wrote, "Elon musk crying in corner."
"When life gives you BYD, slap a Tesla sticker on it and say, 'Elon who?' Genius at Karol Bagh rewriting automotive history. #DIYTesla .. btw..Must've used the 'innovation decal' option in the upgrade package!," quipped another.
Yet others talked about the increasing popularity of BYD.
"Just a Tesla logo over a Byd atto3 car. The point is how the Chinese car appeared in Indian roads. For the record Byd has surpassed Tesla as highest selling electric car already."
"It's a Chinese electric car manufacturer, and from this month it has also bought one of its own ships to export cars. It's a second largest electric car manufacturing company in the world. I like this model from the exterior but not from the interior. Provide Good range," noted a user.
But one thing is for sure, as one rightly commented, "There is no dearth of creativity in India."
