Djokovic vs fans
He was taunting fans for allegedly booing him during the match, and when the interviewer tried to clarify that they could have been cheering for his opponent, the Serbian countered.
¡°They were. They were. They were. I don¡¯t accept it. I know they were cheering for Rune. But that¡¯s an excuse to also boo,¡± Djokovic said. "Listen, I¡¯ve been on the tour for more than 20 years. So trust me, I know all the tricks. I know how it works. It¡¯s fine. It¡¯s fine," Djokovic said.

Djokovic is no stranger to controversies
The 37-year-old Djokovic, who is considered one of the greatest tennis players of all time, has won a record 24 Grand Slam men's singles titles. But outside the tennis court, Djokovic is a highly polarizing figure and has courted multiple controversies.
His refusal to be vaccinated against COVID-19 resulted in Djokovic being deported from Melbourne on the eve of the 2022 Australian Open. He was also barred from the United States and unable to play in the 2022 US Open for the same reason.
