Well-Qualified Women Work As Masseuses In China, Massage Geeky Coders To Help Them De-Stress
A Chinese company is looking for attractive female programmer motivator. These jobs are now one of the most sought-after for women. Tech-giants want good looking faces for their man-force that is spending all their time inside the walls of the office.
No one is arcane to China's flourishing and ever-burgeoning technological space that's always looking for bright minds to work with. To be honest, it is true that China has given some really great products, technology and services to the rest of the world. However, if they are coming at the cost of sexual slurs, we are better off without them.

A Chinese company is looking for attractive female 'programmer motivator'. Want to know what that means? Here's her KRA:
1. She should be attractive.
2. Must know how to give relaxing massages to socially awkward coders.
3. Know how to charm.
4. Part psychologist, part cheerleader.
These jobs are now one of the most sought-after for women. Tech-giants want good looking faces for their man-force, that is spending all their time inside the walls of the office and has no time to socialize or hook up.
None of the people I interviewed at Ms. Shen's company thought that her job was sexist. When asked about the issue, Ms. Shen said: ¡°I think women should be independent, self-reliant and have self-respect. And that¡¯s enough.¡±

To be honest, this seems to be quite an inelegant way to motivate men to work. ¡°They really need someone to talk to them from time to time and to organize activities for them to ease some of the pressure,¡± said Ms Shen, a 25-year-old who has a degree in civil engineering from a university in Beijing, reports The New York Times.

Amid all this, know that China is also home to the most number of self-made female billionaires. It has a raging force of women who head to work every day, and many of its start-ups have women on the top rung. At the same time, some start-ups and organizations are offering less-than-dignified roles to women, which takes us back at least a decade or two in terms of progress.
The biggest problem with this is that the job isn't considered subversive by both the genders. While coders are happy with females who'd come and whack their backs every now and then, the ones who are working this job are also tempted to do so, because it's one-of-its-kind.
¡°The men said: ¡®If there are more beautiful women, I¡¯ll be happier in my job. What¡¯s the issue?¡¯¡± Mr Wang said. ¡°And some women said: ¡®As a woman, I don¡¯t think this is a problem at all.¡¯¡±
