Amid heightened geopolitical attention, Russian citizens residing in Kerala made their voices heard by participating in the Russian presidential elections at the Honorary Consulate of the Russian Federation, Russian House, in Thiruvananthapuram. This event, held against the backdrop of global scrutiny of Russian affairs, signifies the enduring engagement of expatriate communities in democratic processes back home.
