Online Petition Seeking To Scrap Donald Trump's UK Visit Inches Toward 1 Million Signatures!
An online petition that has been billed as the world's biggest protest is seeking the UK government's permission to scrap Donald Trump's visit. The petition has gained such momentum that it's now inching its way toward achieving 1 million signatures.

For the UK government, if a petition receives over 10,000 signatures, then the administration is compelled to respond to it. If it touches the mark of 100,000 signatures, the government has to discuss it in the Westminster Hall, reports the Independent.
While the petition states that Trump can be allowed in the country, it categorically asks for a ban on his meeting with the Queen. The Downing Street, however, is already clear on its position. "An invitation has been extended and accepted," said a Number 10 spokesman.

Trump had accepted the invitation to visit Britain later this year where he would be hosted by the Queen herself - a meeting that has greatly upset the British.
The petition says,
"Donald Trump¡¯s well-documented misogyny and vulgarity disqualify him from being received by Her Majesty the Queen or the Prince of Wales. Therefore during the term of his presidency Donald Trump should not be invited to the United Kingdom for an official State Visit."
