In a shocking incident, student at the University of Hartford licked her roommate¡¯s dining utensils and secretly smearing used tampons on her backpack to force her black roommate out.
The Victim
She even went on to post each every sadistic act blatantly on social media. Her victim, Freshman Chennel Rowe posted a Facebook Live video detailing the nightmare she went through.
¡°After one and a half months spitting in her coconut oil, putting moldy clam dip in her lotions, rubbing used tampons on her backpack, putting her toothbrush places where the sun doesn¡¯t shine, and so much more, I can finally say goodbye to Jamaican Barbie,¡± Brochu had written in the post.
According to her Brianna Brochu, waged a secret war to get Chennel Rowe to move out of the room. Rowe didn't know about any of it until some of her friends notified her about the alarming post on Instagram.

In the video, Rowe said she was suffering from recurring throat pain and sickness while living with Brochu.
Rowe reported Brochu to campus security and reports state that she was charged with two misdemeanors including second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

The university president, Greg Woodward, said in a statement online, ¡°Acts of racism, bias, bullying, or other abusive behaviors will not be tolerated on this campus, I pledge to do everything in my power to work with our community to address related concerns together.¡±
