A young tattoo artist has been identified as the woman whose naked corpse was paraded through the streets in the back of a pickup truck by Hamas terrorists after they attacked an outdoor music festival during their surprise assault on Israel Saturday morning.
What happened?
Disturbing footage of Hamas terrorists parading the naked and battered body of the woman through the streets of Israel have emerged. According to videos that surfaced on social media, a screaming crowd surrounds the Hamas' vehicle, echoing their cries and spitting on the woman's body.
Shani Louk was among the hundreds of victims in Israel when Hamas targeted the dance party near Kibbutz Urim and other Israeli communities.
Hamas initially claimed that the body belonged to a female Israeli soldier, according to news.com.au.
However, Adi Louk confirmed on X that the woman seen in the video was her sister, Shani Louk, a German citizen and a tattoo artist, reported the New York Post.
"It is definitely Shani. She was at a music festival for peace. This is a nightmare for our family," Louk's cousin Tomsina said according to the news outlet.
Shani Louk's mother, in a video message posted by Visegrad 24 on X, confirmed her daughter's identity and appealed to people for more information regarding her whereabouts.

Where and when?
Louk was attending the ¡®Festival for Peace¡¯ party near Kibbutz Re¡¯im when Hamas fighters invaded and attacked partygoers on Saturday. Viral videos from the event show panic among partygoers as fighters arrived at the event in the desert.
Death toll
Meanwhile, the conflict between Israel and Hamas has already claimed the lives of more than 1,100 people so far. Of these, more than 700 people have been killed in Israel whereas at least 413 people have died in Gaza.
