The conflict in Ukraine may certainly have put our faith in humanity into question, but there has been a colossal display of acts of kindness. From European mothers leaving their strollers at train stations for Ukrainian refugees, to mobile kitchens being set up to feed those affected by food shortages.
Monastery helping those in need
One such story is of a monastery in Odesa where women shelter and feed senior citizens, refugees and even homeless animals. The monastery has been sheltering at least 10 refugees every day since the war broke out in Ukraine.
