South Africa and Pakistan are all set to face off in the first T20I of their three-match series on Tuesday (December 10) in Durban. Heinrich Klaasen will take on the captaincy role, while Mohammed Rizwan returns as skipper to lead Pakistan after missing the Zimbabwe series.
This will mark the first all-format series between the two teams since 2019. After the T20Is, the sides will meet in three ODIs and two Tests. The Men in Green won the last two T20I series between them, defeating the Proteas 2-1 in February 2021 and 3-1 in April 2021.
