Virat Kohli faces struggles with form and his visit to an ashram with Anushka Sharma along with their kids has sparked viral trolling. Many fans referencing her movie 'PK' and some raised concerns about Kohli's influence on young fans.
While personally all seems well for Virat Kohli, when it comes to cricket, the star batter hit a snag as he struggled to score runs, which was evident during the Border-Gavaskar Trophy (BGT) against Australia. Barring the 100 in Perth, Kohli was dismissed in a similar manner in every innings he played, and the camera even panned to Anushka Sharma in the audience, visibly concerned.
With the Champions Trophy looming and uncertainty over his place in the squad, Virat, along with his wife Anushka and children, was seen visiting the renowned priest Parmanand Maharaj at his ashram in Vrindavan. Notably, both Virat and Anushka are dedicated followers of Lord Krishna and have been spotted numerous times at prayers and events.

In a video going viral on social media, especially on X (formerly known as Twitter), the couple was seen seeking blessings, accompanied by their adorable kids Vamika and Akaay.
While meeting the Maharaj, Anushka shared, "Pichli baar jab hum aaye they to mann mein kuch sawaal they. Mujeh laga ki puchungi lekin jo bhi baitha tha wahan pe, un sab ne kuch na kuch waisa sawaal kar liya tha. Jab yahan pe aane ki baat kar rahe they, main aapse mann hi mann baat kar rahi thi. Agle din main Kanti Vartalap kholti thi aur koi na koi wo sawaal puch raha hota tha. Aap bas mujhe prem bhakti de do". (The last time I came, I had a few questions in my heart. I wanted to ask them, but someone else more or less asked those same questions. When I was thinking about coming here, I was talking to you inside my mind. The next day, I would open ¡®Kanti Vartalap' and those questions would have already been asked by someone. Now, all I want is your blessings.)
The Maharaj responded, saying, "These guys are very brave. Devoting yourself to God after achieving such fame in the world is a difficult thing. We believe that your (Anushka's) devotion to God will also have an impact on him (Kohli)."

However, since the video went viral, a section of netizens have not been pleased with their ashram visit. Many referenced Anushka Sharma's movie "PK"¡ªa satirical comedy-drama exploring societal norms and religious dogmas through the eyes of an alien trying to understand humanity.
Some fans also expressed concern that Virat Kohli, being an idol to many young fans, should be mindful of his actions, as they tend to imitate his behavior.
