Olympic Medal Winner PV Sindhu To Be Presented BMW By None Other Than Sachin Tendulkar

India's batting icon Sachin Tendulkar will be gifting a BMW to PV Sindhu for bringing glory to India at the Olympics.

The 21-year-old shuttler won a silver. The BMW car is being sponsored by Tendulkar's close friend and president of Hyderabad Badminton Association of India,V Chamundeswaranath.

Four years ago, Tendulkar had present a BMW to ace shuttler Saina Nehwal, who had returned with a bronze medal at the London Olympics.

Tendulkar had also presented a Maruti Swift to Sindhu, who had won the girlsĄ¯ singles title in the Asian Youth Under-19 Championship in 2012.

Sindhu is the first Indian badminton player to win a silver at the Games. She lost to Carolina Marin of Spain in the final.
