He gripped his injured shoulder with his left hand while celebrating the wicket of David Warner.

An opportunity presented itself in the latter stages of Day 4 when David Warner fell to Ravindra Jadeja. Kohli was seen celebrating by grabbing his injured shoulder with his left hand, clearly a dig at the way Maxwell had mocked him earlier.
Steve Smith had also been accused of mocking the injury when Kohli got out on Day 3, but it was later revealed that the hand on his shoulder was that of Peter Handscomb.
