Virat Kohli Urges Crowd To Cheer For Mohammed Shami Instead Of Him And The Pacer Gets 2 Wickets In 2 Balls!
India dominated Day 1.
Before things bagan to look up for India against Bangladesh on Day 1 of the first Test in Indore, Virat Kohli's boys were under pressure because of fielding disasters.
Ajinkya Rahane and Kohli had a nightmare out in the middle as they dropped some catches.
Kohli was not a happy man in the first session but the fans cheered on the Team India skipper.

Taking advantage of the way the fans were shouting, Kohli looked to the supporters and urged them to cheer for Mohammed Shami instead.
This show of humility benefited Team India as Shami got the wickets of Mushfiqur Rahim and Mehidy Hasan in consecutive deliveries. Things started to happen when Kohli brought on Shami in the second session.
When he bowled the penultimate ball of 54th over, Shami had Mushfiqur all at sea with an inswinger that destroyed the furniture behind.

He was not done though as he added more pressure on the visitors with another brilliant delivery the very next ball to end the over.
Mehdi Hasan was out first ball and Shami went into tea on a hat-trick.

India got a team hat-trick when Ishant Sharma got Liton Das out first ball after the tea break.
This occured after Shami inspired India with 2 wickets in 2 balls just before the interval.

Shami had returns of 3/27 from 13 overs. Ravichandran Ashwin also had 2 to his name. Their impressive performance ensured that India bowled Bangladesh out for a mere 150.
