Replicate Your Voice On iPhone: How To Enable 'Personal Voice' On iOS 17
Apple claims the feature is built for users "at risk of losing their ability to speak ¡ª such as those with a recent diagnosis of ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) or other conditions that can progressively impact speaking ability."
A new iOS 17 feature can help your phone replicate your voice so that it can communicate and sound like you. Apple has built the Personal Voice feature for those who might suffer a speech impediment or any other ailment that prevents them from speaking for a long time.

A Personal Voice may be created on your iPhone or iPad by reading along a randomised set of text prompts and recording 15 minutes of audio. Apple says that this feature uses on-device machine learning to generate Personal Voice results.

The feature is integrated with Live Speech (essentially a text-to-speech feature) that is another new feature that enables users to type what they wish to say and then have it spoken out loud during phone calls (including FaceTime) as well as in-person conversations.

Setting up Personal Voice
On iOS 17, go to the Settings app and tap Accessibilities. Under Speech, you should see Personal Voice. From here, tap on Create Personal Voice.
The iPhone will prompt you to head over to a quiet place, holding it about six inches from your face. When you find the right quiet environment, the iPhone will give you some random sentences to speak in your natural voice.

You can also pause and come back to it as you please. Apple can take a few hours or a few days to process your voice. Once done, you should get a notification from Apple after which you can simply select it and use it during calls.
