Bill Gates wife Melinda Gates shared a rather interesting and funny memory of the tech legend on his birthday in the form of a LinkedIn post. The memory shared was during the time their daughter Jenn was in preschool. Bill had spotted a funny hat that Melinda had brought home and he wanted to wear it to celebrate her birthday.
We all know Bill Gates as an innovative entrepreneur and an inspiring philanthropist who doesn't compromise to get his work done.
However, today we got to witness a whimsical side to this tech giant on his 64th birthday.

Bill Gates' wife Melinda Gates, who is also the co-chairperson of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation shared a rather interesting and funny memory of the tech legend on his birthday in the form of a LinkedIn post.
The memory shared was during the time their daughter Jenn was in preschool. He had spotted a funny hat that Melinda had brought home and he wanted to wear it to celebrate her birthday. Jenn then asked Bill to even wear the hat to her preschool to which the tech moghul happily agreed, as any cool father would.

And since then, he has been out in every family birthday, which he also wore on his birthday today.
Bill recently also reclaimed his spot as the richest man in the world, defeating Amazon's Jeff Bezos. Recent reports had also revealed that Bill Gates had added $17 billion to his net worth this year, even after donating over $35 billion to charity. Bill Gate's total wealth is now stacked at $106 billion

He was able to achieve this by applying a rather aggressive investment strategy, by investing 60 percent in equities. Usually, investors play a safer game by investing in places like real-estate and government bonds.
Netflix also recently unveiled a documentary on Bill Gates where it talks about his past, the inception of Microsoft as well as his entry into philanthropy and projects that are trying to change the world and making it a better place. The series also takes a dip in the mind of the tech genius where he also unravels his worst fear -- "I don't want my brain to stop working."
