SpaceX and Tesla founder Elon Musk is stirring quite the scenes at Twitter. After going back-and-forth on his buyout deal conditions, Musk recently addressed the employees of Twitter.

Is Twitter the next TikTok?
In conversation with Twitter employees, Elon Musk recently said that he wants Twitter to become more like WeChat and TikTok. If you're not familiar, both are China-based apps, with the former among the most used apps in China - for it offers almost all functions, be it payments, games, social media, and more. As for TikTok, it's not available in India but has consistently left other social apps in the dust over the last couple of years.

Musk wants Twitter users to be "very entertained and informed." "You basically live on WeChat in China. If we can recreate that with Twitter, weĄ¯ll be a great success," The Verge quoted him.
It appears that Musk complimented TikTok's algorithm for not being "boring," adding that Twitter "could hone Twitter in the same way to be interesting." Putting news at the forefront, Musk thinks Twitter "can be much better about informing people of serious issues."
What's up with Musk-Twitter deal?
Musk earlier said that a deal with Twitter would not be processed until the company gives him figures on spam bots. Of course, Twitter complied. He also thinks paid subscriptions could be the future of Twitter, even suggesting that people who wish to be verified should be charged.
