Speaking technologically, sure the advancements in refrigeration won't feel as ¡®cool¡¯ as a smartphone or laptops, but they're surely getting there with smart assistants and giant informative screens. And now, Samsung has created a refrigerator that can make the best curd! Yes, you read that right, and yes it does sound odd, but it is happening!

Now Samsung's Curd Maestro promises forming of good, consistent curd at all times, despite of the climatic conditions on the outside. The refrigerators have a small unit inside with a pull-tray in which you can add the milk with the starter or culture (in Hindi it¡¯s called as a jamani).
After the addition of the mixture, the refrigerator will take care of the fermentation process while keeping the temperatures on the inside perfect to get the right consistency. Samsung claims that it can create curd in five to six hours -- five for a softer consistency while six for a slightly harder consistency.
Curd Maestro refrigerators are a part of Samsung¡¯s Smart Convertible 5-in-1 Twin Cooling line-up and are available in 244-litre, 265 litre 314 litre and 336-litre configurations. Curd Maestro models range between a price tag of Rs 30,990 and Rs 45,990.
