Sundar Pichai: The sports fan
In case you don't know, Google CEO Sundar Pichai is a huge cricket fan, even going to watch the India vs England game at this year's Cricket World Cup 2019 in person, where he got to meet Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni.
BCCI Twitter
Sachin Tendulkar even shared their pic together, calling it a "Sundar pic-hai" -- a pun on Sundar Pichai's name, of course. The tweet and Pichai's subsequent response to it received a lot of response from Indian fans, mostly complimenting Sundar Pichai's "humble" and "down to earth" demeanour.
In fact, Sundar Pichai had also famously predicted an India vs England final at the Cricket World Cup -- well, half of his prediction did come true, and India was almost there, but for New Zealand's heroics in the semi final.
