It's pretty easy to get carried away playing PUBG Mobile. I can tell you from experience it's really fun, and the temptation to "quit on a win" is strong.
But you should probably put that phone away if you're attending a wedding... especially your own at that.
In a video that's just going viral, one groom failed to do that. The video shows him, sitting on stage during his wedding festivities, deeply engrossed in the game. As an attendee tries to wish him and hand him a gift, the groom angrily smacks it away to stop him from blocking his field of view.
It's made all that much worse given that his new bride is sitting right next to him, watching him play, wondering what the heck she's just gotten herself into. And the guy isn't even in the middle of a match, he looks to instead be in the game's menu, perhaps opening loot chests.
Meanwhile, the loud music playing indicates people are maybe dancing and most likely drinking away at the celebration. Meanwhile, the groom is just doing his own thing, complete with Bluetooth headphones in his ears. It really boggles the mind.
Of course, given that this is TikTok, it could very well be a staged video and the bride is just bored with these childish antics. At least we hope that's the case. Otherwise that's either going to be a very short wedding or a very long marriage for her.
Still not good enough reason to ban the game entirely though.
