WhatsApp's privacy policy
In case you don¡¯t remember or you¡¯ve missed out, WhatsApp had announced a new set of terms and conditions which at the time made its users believe that it would now share user data with its parent company Facebook.

However, soon after WhatsApp explained what it meant with the new privacy policy change in an FAQ on its site stating, ¡°We want to be clear that the policy update does not affect the privacy of your messages with friends or family in any way. Instead, this update includes changes related to messaging a business on WhatsApp, which is optional, and provides further transparency about how we collect and use data.¡±
