NASA Shares Hubble Pic Of Dead Star Looking Like Pac-Man Eating Nearby Stars
A new image of a dead star in a far-off galaxy looks a lot like Pac-Man eating nearby stars. The resemblance with the video game character is uncanny!
Ever wondered where our dearly beloved Pac-Man is now? Turns out, the iconic game character is busy in space, feasting on stars... or at least so it appears. In a NASA image of a dead star shared last week, it looks as if Pac-Man is gobbling down stars in a far-off galaxy. The image paints a picture similar to what Pac-Man does in the original game, chasing pellets of different colours while escaping enemies.
Space is the canvas for all that exists in the universe. It's entirely possible that the chemicals now considered intrinsic to Earth were actually the universe's accidents in the form of rocky collisions and more. Similarly, the Pac-Man imagery could just be a cosmic joke on Earthlings.
In the latest image of a supernova, it appears that one of Earth's favourite game entities, Pac-Man is feasting on stars.

Captured by NASA's ageing Hubble Telescope, the image shows the remains of a supernova. The object officially called N63A is not really a depiction of iconic video game character (unless of course this is all a joke and we're some alien species' lab rats), but instead represents the end of the life-cycle of a star. Under its own weight, it collapses and what remains is what we see in the image.

The supernova is located roughly 163,000 light years from our galaxy the Milky Way in the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMG), one of the few very galaxies that are visible to Earthlings with the naked eye.
Funnily enough, the remains of this dead star are located in a region where several nebulas are situated. These nebulas are essentially the birthing clouds and gases of stars. In the background canvas, different stars may be seen, which are akin to the colourful dots Pac-Man loves eating.
