BTS ！ in literal terms ！ is just a month away from reuniting as a 7-member group, as all the members ！ Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook ！ will have completed their mandatory military service and are expected to regroup in June.

As the BTS fandom called ARMY gears up for the highly anticipated reunion, April 30 brought a pleasant surprise as four of the seven members ！ RM, J-Hope, V, and Jin ！ updated fans with exciting news.

Kim Taehyung stuns fans

While fans were thrilled by all the updates, Kim Taehyung, aka V, sent the fandom into a frenzy. The singer came online after a long hiatus and posted a series of photos on his Instagram story. He first shared a picture with well-known photographer Ray Yi, who was wearing a Coldplay T-shirt ！ hinting that he had attended the concert.

V also posted a photo of a glass of wine, paired with J-Hope's new release Sweet Dreams ！ a gesture ARMY found touching, as it showed how the members continue to support each other.

Next, he uploaded two serene photos of cherry blossoms in full bloom ！ a poetic nod to the arrival of spring and a moment of calm that beautifully contrasted his other posts.

And finally ！ the moment that truly shook the fandom ！ a photo from the gym. V is seen pouting of sorts, but also showing off his veiny arms and muscular build.

ARMY goes crazy

The fandom, initially cooing over how cute he looked with Ray Yi, quickly shifted to screams of "OMG" ！ especially on X (formerly Twitter) ！ after seeing his swoon-worthy gym pic. Fans couldn't get enough of Taehyung's duality: sweet and soft in one frame, dangerously hot in the next.

BTS reunion

J-Hope and Jin were the first BTS members to complete their military service, while RM, Suga, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are expected to finish theirs by June 2025.

Recently, J-Hope spoke about BTS' highly anticipated reunion during an interview on The Zane Lowe Show on Apple Music 1. Reflecting on the group's journey, he shared how the time apart allowed each member to grow individually through solo projects.

"I think that over time, we each refined our unique identities as each of us works on their own music, comes out with their solo projects, and does their own thing," he said.
